• Indonesian Nationality / Local Hire Position
• Degree in school counselling or bachelor and/or master’s degree in psychology from respective university.
• Minimum of 2-years of experience and demonstrable track record of guiding students through university application process in countries, such as but not limited to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Indonesia.
• Efficient computer skills using Google Apps for Education and web‑based programmes, such as Common Application, UCAS, Studielink, Bridge
  
  U, Cialfo etc.
• Above average level of English, both in oral and written (TOEIC 780 pts plus).
• Experienced in working with teenagers and/or in educational field.
• Able to work well individually and with others, Indonesians and expatriates alike.
• Able and willing to work in a dynamic environment, which includes multitasking, fast work pace and collaborative inter‑department works.
• Active, initiative, dependable, and detailed oriented.

• Letter of application outlining interest and strengths as a candidate.
• Current resume.
• University Degrees and Transcripts.
• Evidence of recent relevant professional development / IB workshop participation.
• Contact details of three current professional referees, with one being a current direct supervisor.
• Copy of Indonesian police records check.

The school’s campus is in a developed residential area outside the capital city of Jakarta, in the beautiful Bintaro Jaya area within South Tangerang. Global Jaya School resides on a 17‑acre purpose‑built campus that includes ample classrooms, a soccer pitch, an indoor gymnasium, outdoor basketball courts, covered tennis courts, a well‑appointed library, outdoor playing fields and playgrounds, design and computer labs, science labs, an outdoor covered canteen, outdoor swimming pool, and a Theatre/Fine‑Arts Complex.
