About the role

Join the team at Blue Dolphin Play Skoola as a Preschool Teacher. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education in our modern preschool facility located in Serpong Banten.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and activities that support children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages children's curiosity and love of learning
• Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with parents and other early childhood professionals to support each child's growth and development
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in a preschool or daycare setting
• Strong understanding of child development and effective early childhood teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families
• Creativity, patience and a genuine passion for working with young children
• Valid teaching certification or license, and a clean criminal background check
