Insan Cendekia Madani School is an Islamic school that has made various strategic steps to nurture talented graduates with noble characters in the teachings of Islam. As we expand our classrooms for the 2026/2027 academic year, we are currently looking for a Primary School Teacher for core subjects (English, Maths, Science, Bahasa Indonesia, Social Studies) and special subjects such as Physical Education, Arabic, Islam, Quranic, Music, and Art with the following qualifications.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD), Science or Mathematics Education, or equivalent.
• Holding a teaching certificate would be preferable.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience as a Primary School Teacher in an English environment.
• Having Cambridge, Singaporean, or IB Curriculum experiences will be an advantage.
• Currently not participating as a candidate for Scholarship, Civil Service, or Government Staff selection process (for example CPNS, PPPK, etc) or committed to other parties.
• Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open‑minded character.
• Possess strong Islamic characters and can read the Al‑Qur’an.
• Enjoys working with children.
• Digitally literate (Ms. Office and digital learning media).
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Ready to join in July 2026.

• Develop complete lesson plans, student assessment strategies, and instructional resources based on students' needs and interests.
• Deliver instructional activities and adjust them accordingly to ensure students' academic development.
• Work collaboratively with the classroom team to apply the research‑based activities within the curriculum implementation.
• Complete regular assessments within the school academic year by having multiple assessment evidence from various learning activities.
• Do analysis and evaluation of teaching and learning activities.
• Rate, record, and report student development, progress, and achievement in English.
• Hold parent‑teacher conferences throughout the academic year regarding their children's performance.
• Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
• Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive student profile for each student.
• Complete continuous professional development and apply the knowledge and skills to support the instructional activities.
• Provide constant guidance and motivation to students.
• Carry out other functions assigned to the job when required.

Sekolah Insan Cendekia Madani (ICM) is an Islamic boarding school located in Serpong, South Tangerang, Banten. ICM was established in 2010 and aims to develop the uniqueness of students to create future leaders who possess Islamic characters and participate in manifesting civil society. ICM uses the Madani Curriculum, which integrates the National Curriculum, the Cambridge Curriculum, as well as Islamic and Al‑Qur’an subjects.
