• Conduct surveys and analyses of buildings, sites, and surrounding environments
• Assess environmental impact and analyze affected areas
• Develop masterplans for area development aligned with user needs, company objectives, regulatory requirements, and environmental conditions
• Create visualizations, conceptual designs, and masterplan proposals
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to execute development projects within defined scope
• Coordinate with designers and stakeholders on land use planning and building zoning
• Drive development, innovation, and evaluation efforts to support sustainable environmental planning, while staying up to date with emerging knowledge, technologies, and global trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Master’s degree in Urban Design
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in master planning or urban design
• Proficient in AutoCAD
  , Sketch Up (and/or similar simulation software),
  Adobe Illustrator
  , In Design , and Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in planning and design
• Proven team player with strong collaboration skills
• Highly responsible and demonstrates strong integrity
