Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage a team of customer representatives.

Coach and train team members to maximize their performance.

Monitor and track team performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Develop and manage processes to maintain customer communication quality and satisfaction across different domains.

Set, plan, and implement effective communication strategies.

Stay updated with e-commerce digital communication and technology trends.

Provide operational feedback and suggestions to management proactively.

Ability to work on weekends and outside regular operational hours/shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in customer service and operations, both online and offline; experience with luxury clientele is a plus.

2+ years of experience leading a team is highly desirable.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

KPI-driven, results-oriented, and analytical mindset.

Strong organizational skills.

High proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Excel and basic data management.

Comfortable using new technologies and online tools.

Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
