Project Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at PT Easton Urban Kapital. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects in our subsidiaries infrastructure. Your strong leadership and problem‑solving skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

• Supervising and coordinating the day‑to‑day activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Monitoring progress and identifying any potential issues or delays, and implementing effective solutions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Communicating regularly with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
• Developing and implementing efficient work plans and schedules
• Providing hands‑on support and guidance to the construction team as needed
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proven track record leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications and technical drawings
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
