Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that the project is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and has a minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in construction site supervision.

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to maintain daily work plans
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports for project management
• Ensure implementation of site safety standards and compliance with health & safety regulations
• Resolve site-level technical issues or elevate to engineers/project managers when necessary
• Verify material deliveries and supervise storage/use on-site
• Conduct quality checks and support inspections with consultants or clients
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including site diaries and logs

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising construction works on-site
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and quality standards
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with a practical, hands‑on approach
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and site documentation tools
