- What you will do:
As Commercial Excellence Director, you will build, scale, and continuously improve Evondos’ commercial operating model across markets. You act as the architect of our commercial ways of working, ensuring Sales, Customer Success and Marketing operate with shared processes, data, and performance standards.
Your responsibilities include:Commercial Strategy & Governance
- Translate company strategy into commercial frameworks and execution plans
- Maintain value propositions and positioning
- Align pricing strategy with market execution
- Own commercial KPI structure, dashboards, and reporting
- Define and refine forecasting methodology
- Develop commercial playbooks
- Support onboarding and training for new sales managers

You are a structured, commercially sharp, and data‑driven leader and you could have:
- Extensive experience in B2B Sales, and you may also bring a background in Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Leadership
- Demonstrated track record of building scalable commercial processes in healthcare
- Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
- Ability to bring thoughtful perspectives and engage in open, constructive discussions that elevate collective thinking and outcomes
- High level of ownership and accountability in driving commercial outcomes
- Experience with long sales cycles or public‑sector environments is beneficial
- A strategic role with real influence, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and regional leadership to shape how Evondos grows across markets
