Title: Senior Project Cost Control Analyst (Accountant)

Locations: North Jakarta, Jakarta,  & West Jakarta, Jakarta,

• Review and evaluate project quotations related to operations.
• Develop, set up, and monitor project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Control and track project cash flow to maintain financial stability.
• Collect and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Letters of Intent (LOI), and project contracts.
• Record, recap, and analyze project expenses and sales.
• Prepare, maintain, and present comprehensive project financial reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or cost control roles.
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes and cost control mechanisms.
• High attention to detail, well‑organized, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and structured project reports.
