You will be working within a high-performing, commercially driven CDMO environment, collaborating closely with technical, operational, and leadership teams to drive sustainable growth across the European market. The business is focused on long-term partnerships, quality delivery, and supporting pharma and biotech clients in bringing therapies to market efficiently.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for leading and executing the European business development strategy. This includes identifying new opportunities, managing complex commercial discussions, and driving revenue growth across pharma, biotech, and emerging biotech customers. You will operate with a high level of autonomy and influence, contributing directly to commercial strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading European business development activities and revenue generation
  • Developing and managing a strong pipeline of CDMO opportunities
  • Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with pharma and biotech clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract close
  • Working cross-functionally with technical, operations, and project teams to shape proposals
  • Representing the company externally with credibility and professionalism
  • Providing commercial input and market feedback to senior leadership
Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in business development within a CDMO environment
  • Strong understanding of CDMO services (drug substance, drug product, clinical and/or commercial manufacturing)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, complex deals
  • Established network across the European pharma and biotech landscape
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, senior-level role
