Job Summary

Monitor the implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance as well as coordinating, producing, and submitting a winning proposal.

• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within client's defined time frames.
• Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Proposal inputs are accurately reviewed.
• Develops the proposal plan and review the enquiry summary. Proposal plans are correctly developed.
• Coordinate proposal efforts with SMEs, contracts, contractors, subcontractors, finance, human resources, and sub companies.
• Proposal efforts are well-coordinated.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Business or Management
