We provide flexible staffing solutions including hourly outsourcing starting at 10 hours per month and full-time or part-time outsourcing from US $500 per month.

Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join their team. The primary focus of this role is high‑volume, proactive outreach and lead qualification to secure new business opportunities in Singapore for their ambient scenting services and corporate event workshops. This is a crucial pre‑sales role that requires exceptional work ethic, drive, and administrative proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach (Core Function)
  • Source new leads: proactively identify, research, and generate targeted lists of potential B2B customers in Singapore across designated industries (e.g., hospitality, fitness, F&B, corporate event planners).
  • Execute outreach: initiate contact with prospects primarily via professional email campaigns and follow‑up phone calls (using a company‑provided international line).
  • Pitching & qualification: effectively introduce the company's B2B services using a provided pitch, and qualify interested leads to secure next steps.
  • Appointment setting: successfully coordinate and schedule initial consultation meetings or onsite visits for the Singapore‑based Director.
  • Performance focus: consistently maintain a high daily volume of outreach activity, with performance tracked against agreed‑upon KPIs.
  • Independent closing: for certain event‑related opportunities (e.g., corporate/private workshops), manage the end‑to‑end process to close deals independently online via email, including issuing payment instructions.
Administrative & Finance Support
  • Finance tracking: manage basic financial administration tasks, including tracking and updating recurring customer payments using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collections: follow up and chase outstanding payments from customers when necessary.
  • Data management: maintain a clean, organised database of leads and customer interactions using Excel, Company Gmail, and Whats App Business.
Qualifications
  • A demonstrated strong work ethic, high level of self‑motivation, and a "hungry" attitude for success are more critical than years of experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in core productivity tools:
    Microsoft Excel, Gmail, and Whats App.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional, high‑volume B2B outreach.
  • Must be open to working alongside and collaborating with a second remote representative, including cross‑checking work.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a dedicated remote environment.

KPIs
: increase $1,000 ambient scenting subscription sales every month and reach $12,000 revenue a month by the end of the year.

Commission
: 4% of all attributed sales, with a 2‑month base pay bonus upon achieving the annual target. If both targets are met, a 3‑month base pay bonus will be awarded.
