Channel Manager GT

Responsibilities

• Drive the development & execution of category strategy for GT channel - to deliver the annual growth targets.
• Define category roles in each of the GT channels and define with Brand Manager the right strategy to win including the definition of the point of business (POB) and Point of purchase (POP)
• Ensure Shopper & Customer relevancy of all major innovations and renovations as part of commercial ways of working
• Coordinate NPD development with other Commercial & Supply Chain stakeholder
• Gather, share, and apply shopper understanding in category, brand, and customer plans
• Run RGM (Revenue Growth Management) initiative to ensure a sustain and healthy company’s profitability

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field;
  Advanced degree preferred
• 8 - 10 years relevant business experience with demonstrated “people & project” success.
• Relevant experiences likely include accountabilities across selling/ trade, negotiation, category management, Category strategy, managing trade investment, merchandising, shopper marketing, eCommerce, and brand strategy.
• Fluency and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Understands customers and the selling process.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

  Sales Operation, Marketing, Category/Channel, Supply Chain - with at least 2 out of 5 Commercial Functional Experiences.
