• Managing day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Planning project management activities
• Analyzing financial information to keep projects on track
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process
• Streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.
• Having thorough understanding of local business and understand various important business objectives
• Continuously optimizing workflow to ensure the rapid landing of business and projects

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience with at least 1 year of direct experience in retail industry (mainly FMCG or Health & Beauty)
• Have strong ability of resource allocation, project planning, management, execution Rich in team spirit and good at cross-departmental communication
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (e.g startup, consulting, or other related environments
• Able to use English and Indonesian as business language
