About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Reporting Analyst Senior Supervisor to join our team ga Mulia FRP' in Tangerang Banten. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's corporate reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial and operational data is provided to key stakeholders.

• Compile reporting from all departments and develop and maintain reporting frameworks, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage a team of corporate reporting analysts to collate, analyse, and report on financial and operational data.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support strategic decision‑making and report to management.
• Monitor weekly department reports and ensure all corporate reporting obligations are met within required time frames.
• Provide guidance and support to the reporting team, promoting continuous improvement.
• Identify existing issues, conduct direct operational evaluations, and uncover potential inefficiencies, ineffectiveness, and fraud.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate reporting, reporting analysis, or manufacturing head office.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
• Proficient in using reporting and data visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, Word).
• Experience in leading and developing a team of reporting analysts.
