• Overlook the entire transport & warehouse process flow.
• Build and deploy the supply chain planning process effectively and efficiently.
• Focus on continuous improvement processes for ordering, shipping, receiving, storing, and delivering products to meet customer needs.
• Act as a Control Tower to maintain balanced achievements between stakeholders.
• Collect and resolve issues related to selling products (returns, complaints, etc.) from multiple sources such as social media, email, and chats in collaboration with internal departments.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with key partners (3PL) to execute the process on time and within budget.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse & Finance to provide customer & stakeholder needs.
• Supervise the end‑to‑end process ensuring accuracy and timing.
• Research and analyze the most cost‑efficient operational network.
• Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
• Responsible for ad‑hoc projects from users and teams.

• Create, monitor and ensure the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program with business users to accelerate processes and increase productivity (Internal Memo, Policies, Business Process & SOP).
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring the project runs smoothly according to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Change Management: lead and facilitate cross‑functional change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and realization of benefits.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• System Implementation: assess and recommend technology solutions (e.g., process automation tools, analytics platforms) to drive continuous improvement.

• Data‑Driven Optimization: leverage advanced data analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation across operations functions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables.
