• Develop and run end-to-end experimentation to identify the most effective pricing and growth strategies to achieve company goals.
• Prepare detailed decks and reports of financial and operational metrics to update stakeholders on progress and performance.
• Collaborate with BD, Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to initiate and execute ideas that reach team KPIs and goals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of promotion processes.
• Manage growth-related features including subscriptions, algorithm-backed promotions, and recommendations.
• Evaluate business metrics and develop analyses that lead to actionable insights for continuous growth strategy optimization.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Management, Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, Cost Analysis, or similar roles in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fundamental knowledge of SQL.
• Experience conducting A/B testing or experiments.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and formulate effective strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
