• Research Suppliers And Vendors For Spare Parts, Building Materials And Hardware Tools
• Responsible For Annual Procurement Budget And Monthly Procurement Report
• Manage Inventory And Forecast Needs And Supplies
• Negotiate Contracts With Vendors And Suppliers
• Review Requests For Proposals (RFPs)
• Delegate Tasks To The Procurement Team And Team Building

• At least 6 years of working experience in manufacturer or heavy industrial company exposure
• Demonstrate experience of leading purchasing function with a proven track record in delivering effective purchasing strategies, policies, processes and systems
• Strong in negotiation skill and familiar with supply chain management software
• Strong in management and leadership skills, cooperative and teamwork spirit
• Mandarin communication skill is a MUST, command of English is a plus
