Cruise Director

Position Details:

• Full-time, on-site role aboard La Galigo Live aboard
• Responsibilities include overseeing daily onboard operations, activities, guest entertainment, and acting as a liaison to ensure excellent hospitality
• Work closely with the crew and captain to create memorable experiences for guests

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesian
• Certified Dive Professional, Open Water Instructor or higher PADI certification
• Extensive knowledge of dive sites throughout Eastern Indonesia
• Strong customer service and crew management skills
• Friendly, likable, and capable of providing 5-star customer service
• Excellent underwater videography and photography skills
• Basic technical knowledge of live aboard engine rooms

What We Offer:

• One-year contract, renewable upon successful completion
• KITAS/IMTA work and residence permits valid for one year
