Let us Empower Beauty for A Sustainable Future, together.This role is responsible for steering the new product development process from ideation to product commercialization while balancing strategic, operational, and financial considerations.
- Conduct assessment and research to ascertain and clarify product briefs and customers’ needs.
- Ascertain business case for the briefs, including revenue projection, timeline launches, preparing costing and verify profitability (margin level) of the new products, working with the Commercial team.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including I&D, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Sourcing and Supply & Logistics to develop and execute sourcing, purchasing, and production planning strategies to secure OTQIF production.
- Continuously assess and improve the NPD process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate innovative practices into the new product development process.
