Position located in Jakarta Raya.

• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop new business with existing clients.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
• Set and achieve development team and business growth goals.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Coach organization managers at a high level of confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR services industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational management skills.
• Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment; must know Excel.
• Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Full‑time position.
