Sales Admin

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Admin to join our team. As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for providing sales support to our sales department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This is a contract role based in Batuceper Tangerang.

• Providing the clients with price lists, catalogs, and promotions
• Taking orders by emails, Whats App messages and calls, etc.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
• Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the sales function

• Proven experience in a sales administrative or customer service role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Whats App Business, Google Business
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
