About the role

We are seeking a highly committed and operationally hands-on professional to serve as Personal Assistant to the Senior Management whilst leading the Office Management function to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan, Banten
.

Your role requires executive-level judgement, strict confidentiality, operational discipline, and strong stakeholder management capabilities. The incumbent will ensure seamless executive support at Senior Management level whilst maintaining a professional, efficient and fully compliant office environment aligned with Indonesian regulatory requirements and international corporate standards.

The person should ensure to provide high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to Senior Management of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our executive team
  • Managing and organizing the executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and proofreading various documents, including correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors with professionalism and discretion
  • Assisting with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact with people at all levels
