About the role

This is a full‑time Executive Assistant role at PT Aum Yoga Retreat in Gianyar, Bali. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and enabling them to focus on the strategic priorities of the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, arranging meetings, coordinating travel and accommodations.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, responding to enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate and organise team meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Support the leadership team with special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
  • Assist with the maintenance of office systems and procedures to optimise efficiency.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high‑level administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management practices and procedures.
