Finance Accounting Tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and taxation (preferably within the distribution, manufacturing, or service industry).
• Solid understanding of Indonesian financial accounting standards (SAK) and taxation regulations.
• Ability to prepare monthly and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
• Proficient in financial transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
• Experienced in utilizing accounting software.
• Understanding of tax reporting processes (VAT, Income Tax 21, 23, 25, 4(2)) and e-filing or e-invoicing.
• Brevet A and B certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Financial Reporting, Chart of Accounts, and Financial Controlling tools.
• Good communication skills, especially in coordinating with external parties (vendors, auditors, and tax consultants).
• Accustomed to working under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to systematically manage financial and tax document archives.

• Compiling documents and processing client invoices, including issuance of tax invoices.
• Recording and monitoring business credit and managing collections.
• Managing the payment process and ensuring accurate and timely recording of business debts.
• Reconciling and verifying all financial transactions (income and expenses).
• Supporting the monthly closing process and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with the budget, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Preparing and filing monthly and annual tax returns.
