PT. Sukses Abadi Farmindo is a subsidiary and manufacturing site of PT. Citra Nusa Insan Cemerlang (). The company engages in manufacturing, particularly OEM/ODM and personal brand services for Food, Beverage, Food Supplements, and Pharmaceutical products.

Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures to track and report on production costs.

Analyze production costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to optimize cost efficiency.

Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses for management.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise cost control.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Participate in month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed cost analysis and insights.

Utilize ERP systems for cost accounting and financial analysis.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cost accounting or costing role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles such as standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation.
• Proficient in using cost accounting software and data analysis tools (ERP, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in preparing accounting journals (added value).
