We’re seeking a full-time Personal Trainer to lead training sessions, connect with members, and drive personal training conversions. This role involves a mix of training, client engagement, and administrative duties to create a well-rounded coaching experience.
Schedule:
- Split Shifts:
- M-Th 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- F or Sat 7 AM - 12 PM
Compensation:
- Average earnings of $20/hour with the potential for higher income based on Sales
- Compensation structure includes:
- Training rate – for coaching sessions (large group, small group, and 1-on-1)
- Admin rate – for outreach, gym upkeep, and client communication
- Commission – for personal training sales
