POSITION SUMMARY Our jobs aren’t just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure food and beverage operations run smoothly.
Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the Guest Service Support Expert provides the support that make transactions feel like part of the experience.
- Set tables and assist guests to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Assist the kitchen and support back-of-house operations as needed.
- Clean work areas and replenish supplies to maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
- Provide a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects as described (up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance) and maintaining safe movement on varying surfaces.
- Manage the menu information (read and visually verify) to support guest service and operations.
- Support other reasonable job duties as requested to get it right for guests and the business each time.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
