Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-resourced companion animal practice with a strong emphasis on teamwork, consistency, and high clinical standards. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing medical and surgical care for dogs and cats across routine and complex cases
- Developing diagnostic plans and interpreting in-house imaging and laboratory results
- Communicating clearly with clients regarding treatment options and preventative care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records to support continuity
- Collaborating closely with technicians and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent qualification
- Eligibility to obtain or hold veterinary licensure in California
- A conscientious and ethical approach to patient care
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
