The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mentality, a desire to succeed, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer focus. This is an in‑office position.

• Assist customers with various insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering all questions.
• Inspect vehicles and assess their condition, age, and characteristics to determine acceptable insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients, generate prospective client lists, and develop clientele through networking and marketing. Collaborate with office manager on marketing strategies.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, and contact underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience (preferred but not required).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California (highly preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company or proprietary software.
• Complete continuing education courses (paid by A-MAX) as required to maintain active license status with CDI.
