Overview
Event Planning Manager at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Spa. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Indian Wells, CA. The role focuses on servicing Sale bookings and acting as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff. This property offers luxury accommodations and a destination-focused hospitality experience.
Responsibilities- Administer the Sales agreement and detail all Food, Beverage and A/V needs.
- Manage room blocks and pickup, billing instructions, and final review.
- Serve as the on-site contact to ensure the smooth execution of all events.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to deliver exceptional event experiences for clients.
The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $77,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on factors such as experience and education.

Qualifications- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferred
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Two years of hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program preferred
- Preferred candidate has completed PSS or equivalent training
