What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure
• Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

Tranquil Springs CRT is a 15-bed program in Indio, California serving community members ages 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness or are experiencing a mental health crisis. Tranquil Springs CRT is a short-term, voluntary 15-bed crisis residential program that expands the menu of crisis services available in the county, and helps reduce the use of involuntary treatment.

The county's goal is to help people manage crises in the least restrictive manner possible, with a significant focus on recovery supports and principles. The typical length of stay is 12 days.
