Join Acadia Healthcare's CFO Training Program and embark on a journey to become a future leader in behavioral healthcare finance. As the largest stand-alone behavioral health company in the U.S., Acadia provides comprehensive care across 250+ facilities in 42 states and Puerto Rico.

We seek talented individuals for our CFO in Training program, working directly with an assigned CFO mentor. This program offers hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare finance, including financial management, strategic planning, and operational decision-making. The training is primarily at Coachella Valley Behavioral Health in Indio, CA, a state-of-the-art facility with 80 inpatient beds and amenities like a gym, cafeteria, and outdoor spaces.

The program duration is typically 6 to 18 months, aiming to equip you with skills to excel as a CFO in behavioral healthcare. Upon completion, you may be assigned a leadership role within our facilities, impacting patient outcomes and organizational success.

Responsibilities during the program include managing accounts receivable, overseeing billing functions, improving hospital profitability, developing policies, preparing financial reports, supporting departments with financial data, and collaborating on annual budgets.

Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred), healthcare experience (preferred), and knowledge of healthcare finance and accounting processes.

The salary range is $80,000 to $100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
