Box Office Clerk

Summary:

Responsible for working the Box Office Ticket Sales

• Responsible for taking ticket orders over the phone and in person
• Responsible for printing and completing internet reservations
• Responsible for maintaining guest relations
• Responsible for assisting in Will Call, Ticket Taking, Ushering, etc.
• Responsible for balancing personal daily bank
• Respond to requests and inquires of general public
• Other duties as required

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Previous high volume cash handling experience required.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Great people skills (customer service.)
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Expected to keep up with current events of Casino, Resort and Entertainment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal and drug screening.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends and stand for long periods of time.
• Employees working in the Casino or Bowling may be exposed to second hand smoke.
• May lift or move up to 50 pounds
