Certified Crane Operator CDL

Position: Certified Crane Operator with CDL***
Nu-Tec is seeking a Certified Crane Operator with CDL to join our production team. As a Certified Crane Operator you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a crane and a commercial motor vehicle to transport supplies and materials to designated job sites. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a high level of safety, adhering to traffic laws and regulations, and delivering cargo on time.

Requirements

* Crane Operator Certification required.

* Minimum of 1-3 years of crane operator experience required.

* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver preferred.

* Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

* Able to pass a drug screen.

* Haz Mat endorsement required.

* Knowledge of proper loading and load weight distribution techniques.

* Excellent knowledge of DOT trucking regulations and procedures.

* Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

* Strong communication skills.

* Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of cargo and perform occasional lifting and carrying of heavy items.

* Attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain delivery records.

* Military service is a plus

* Compensation range of $24 hourly and up dependent upon experience
