VOICES Corporation is a community-based organization committed to supporting youth and families through holistic programming, restorative practices, and culturally responsive services. We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Transportation Specialist – Van Driver to join our Indianapolis Day Reporting team.

The Transportation Specialist will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of youth participants between their homes and the VOICES program site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable access to services and fostering consistent program engagement.

• Operate a VOICES 11- or 15-passenger van in a safe and professional manner
• Pick up and drop off youth participants at designated times and locations
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the van to ensure vehicle safety
• Immediately report any mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate daily transportation logs
• Communicate student absences or transportation-related issues to the site coordinator or supervisor
• Uphold VOICES’ standards for professionalism and youth engagement at all times

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Prior experience operating multi-passenger vans preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
