* Knowledge of modern web development concepts (HTTP, REST, JSON, authentication/authorization basics, responsive UI)
* Experience writing or maintaining automated tests (unit and/or integration) and an appreciation for quality and maintainability
* Commitment to secure coding practices and protecting sensitive data (awareness of common vulnerabilities is a plus)
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work and collaborate effectively on a cross-functional team
* Basic knowledge of Gen AI tools, how to utilize AI to enhance productivity, and potential ethical considerations or concerns
Required
* Currently working toward a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study

Preferred
* Familiarity with source control and team workflows (Git, branching, pull requests, code reviews)

* Exposure to .NET/C# development or strong interest and aptitude to learn Blazor Server and the ASP.NET Core ecosystem
* Basic knowledge of cloud concepts (e.g., Azure or AWS), including deployments, environments, and monitoring/telemetry (coursework or projects acceptable)
Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.
