** About the Role*
* As a CBRE Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will support the upkeep and reliability of small to medium sized buildings, industrial systems, and facility equipment.

This dynamic, hands on role includes work across HVAC, plumbing, air systems, and general building maintenance. The position is a Monday-Friday day shift role with participation in an on call rotation. You'll help ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in line with CBRE's high service standards.

** What You'll Do*
* + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.

+ Perform maintenance and repair on air systems, HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and general building systems to ensure safe and reliable facility operations.

+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

+ Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.

+ Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

+ Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.

+ Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.

+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

** What You'll Need*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Pay

Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum rate for the Project Management Consultant position is $130,000 annually and the maximum rate for the Project Management Consultant position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
