- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven maintenance experience (multifamily housing preferred).
- HVAC experience and EPA certification (Type II or Universal) are a plus.
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems.
- Ability to manage after-hours emergency calls.
- Possess your own basic tools and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Maintain apartment buildings, grounds, and community amenities.
- Address and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Manage inventory and maintenance supplies.
