About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Indianapolis as an In-House Roofer/Carpenter! This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your skills in roofing and carpentry to restore homes and businesses to their former glory.

Responsibilities:

* Perform emergency service board-ups and roof tarps

* Perform roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.

* Execute carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.

* Inspect and assess damage to roofs and structures to determine necessary repairs.

* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.

* Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in roofing and carpentry.

* Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in roofing and carpentry, preferably in a restoration setting.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

* Certification in roofing or carpentry is a plus.
