We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Plumber to join our client's team in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in plumbing systems, with a strong ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on various plumbing projects, including residential and commercial installations.

In this role, the Journeyman Plumber will be provided with a company van and a fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly for various plumbing applications.
• Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and maintenance professionals, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices while working on job sites.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role in the plumbing industry.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction plumbing principles.
• Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and the use of hand tools specific to plumbing tasks.
• Experience in field service operations is highly desirable.
• A valid commercial driving license is a plus, but not mandatory.
