Experienced Commercial Field Service Electrician

InPwr Inc. is hiring experienced Field Service Electricians to join our dynamic electrical design‑build team. You will work across multiple locations—including Indianapolis, Denver, Los Angeles, and Naples—to deliver high‑quality electrical solutions.

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Sound experience in Commercial Service/Maintenance.
• Flexible to work customer‑directed schedules when needed.
• Strong safety record.
• Detail‑and goal‑oriented.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with electrical systems from 120/240 single‑phase through 480 V three‑phase.
• Data, fire alarm, and control familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication with a willingness to adapt.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new communication tools.
• Positive, self‑motivated, team‑player attitude with commitment to growth.

• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and electrical theory.
• Ability to adapt to various working environments and make decisions based on best practices.
• Understand materials for site‑specific installations.
• Proficient in reading project drawings, submittals, and layouts.
• Maintain exceptional customer relationships through dedication and efficiency.
• Assist management and customers with design changes to the scope of work.
• Estimate field change‑order work with management.
• Track and document change order and time‑and‑material work.
• Maintain accurate as‑built drawings and assist the CAD department with design changes.
• Maintain flexible approach to onsite design changes.

• Identify wire colors accurately.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
• Use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
• Capable of digging trenches with hand tools or power equipment.
• Operate equipment such as trenchers, backhoes, and lifts safely.
• Follow safe work procedures per company policy.
• Operate handheld cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, and jack hammers.
• Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmission.
• Read and interpret maps, manuals, specifications, site directions, blueprints, and written instructions.
• Operate mechanical lifts (electrical or gas‑powered).
• Work on energized circuits and equipment with management approval per the Health and Safety Program.

• Complete equipment training.
• Complete OSHA 30 certification.
• Complete all safety certifications.
