Security Officer

Position: Security Officer - Full Time
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, assisting with directions, issuing badges and/or passes when required, and helping to maintain orderly entry and exit in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site management and/or public responders when needed.;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, document observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.
