** Security Officer - Storefront Patrol Driver
** in  
** Indianapolis, IN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will conduct regular patrols to help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong, visible presence. You will engage with visitors and staff, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the retail environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment for patrons and staff.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to management and/or local authorities as directed.

+ Assist with access control, monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited activities.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and retail staff to address security-related issues and provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
