- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Brand Experience teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Support creation of sales materials, category strategies, and brand-facing content.

- Share prospect feedback, category insights, and market trends to support departmental planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in corporate sponsorship or partnership sales within sports, motorsports, entertainment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value brand partnerships.
- Experience developing custom partnership proposals, including asset valuation and brand alignment.
- Strong history of building and managing a robust pipeline of national and regional brand prospects.
- Familiarity with the sports marketing ecosystem, including rights holders, agencies, and activation teams.
- Motorsports experience is a plus but not required with strong transferable sponsorship experience.
