As a Sales Manager on our Scouting team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, forging relationships, and representing our brand with passion and integrity.

Our Trails-End platform simplifies and amplifies fundraising efforts, enabling Scouting of America to achieve their goals and focus on what matters most. We're a team of driven and action-oriented individuals who are passionate about empowering youth to achieve their dreams.
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Travel Requirements: Seasonal travel to council locations based on regional need. Approximately 25-35% travel depending on the sales cycle.
HOW WILL YOU HELP US GROW?
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our relationships and internal tools to drive growth. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to client needs. - Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support and follow-ups. - Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings. - Sales Reporting:
Keep accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for leadership. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to scouting requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of proven sales results.
- Action-oriented leadership with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
