As a Sales Manager on our Scouting team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, forging relationships, and representing our brand with passion and integrity.

Travel RequirementsSeasonal based travel to council locations by regional need. Roughly 10% or less of travel based on sales cycle.
How Will You Help Us Grow?- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our relationships and internal tools in any way possible to drive growth. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our technology and products effectively and provide your councils with pertinent information. - Sales Reporting:
Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for your Sales Leader as needed. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to Scouting requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding the highest ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales with proven results.
- Action‑oriented and results driven leadership skillset with a strong drive to win!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).
