Account Manager I role at Scotlynn
Are you driven, competitive, and eager to learn the art of sales in a fast-paced industry? Scotlynn is looking for ambitious individuals to join our high performance logistics team as an Account Manager I. This role offers hands on training and mentorship as you build your own book of business and drive revenue by connecting shippers with our nationwide carrier network.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop and manage your own customer accounts by identifying shipping needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Negotiate rates and schedules to meet both client and carrier expectations while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure flawless execution of transportation services from pickup to delivery.
- Prospect and cold call potential customers to grow your book of business.
- Track and manage shipments 24/7/365 to ensure on-time performance and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally (requires Saturday half day shifts from 8am-12pm biweekly until commission is achieved).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

You’ll learn the logistics business inside and out with support from experienced mentors. - Unlimited Earning Potential:
