• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules, and company policies.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – not required.
• Self‑starter with continuous learning and development mindset.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Must lift up to 25 lbs; occasional ladder use.
• May be exposed to fumes, odors.

The position requires physical exertion such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work may involve moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
