As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for the visual proposition across the store, leading and developing a high‑performing visual merchandising team. You will collaborate with Store Management to deliver impactful visual displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales. You will coach and consult with colleagues to deliver an inspiring visual proposition aligned with Primark’s Visual Merchandising standards.

You will manage and oversee the launch of new visual merchandising campaigns, providing direction and inspiration to the team. You will hire, train, coach and motivate Visual Merchandisers, ensuring adherence to operating standards and cost controls.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of prior experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager, managing a team in a high‑volume retailer. You are nimble, adaptable, and able to flex your plans and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Robust knowledge of fashion trends and commercial awareness.
• Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English, and to provide coaching and instruction in emergencies.

The pay range for this role is: $60,840 - $82,160.
